VITA

Honorata Perzanowska is a Vienna-based dancer, choreographer and experienced dance teacher specialising in Creative Dance and Contemporary Dance.

 

She is a medalist of more than 30 national ballroom dance competitions in Poland.

 

She studied ballet, contemporary dance and modern dance at the renowned Opus Ballet School in Italy and further developed her skills at Broadway Dance Center in New York City.

 

Throughout her artistic career, she has directed and choreographed more than 33 dance and theatre performances in Poland and Austria.

 

In 2017, she created the choreography Romantyczność for Warsaw Ballet. In 2021, she presented her solo choreography They Live Forever at the Florence Dance Festival in Italy.

 

In 2022, she created and taught the online programme Learn from a Ballerina: How to Paint Movement for Yellow Barn Studio in the United States, exploring the connection between dance, movement and visual art.

 

Since moving to Vienna in 2022, she has organised and choreographed performances at venues including Atelier Theater, Theater Walfischgasse near the Vienna State Opera, Seestadt Studios and F23 Kulturzentrum. Her work includes stage and multimedia dance productions incorporating projections.

 

In 2025, she received an award at the 6th Polish Sports Gala in Austria for her artistic activity and contribution to promoting dance within the Polish community in Vienna.

 

As a dance educator, her work focuses on creativity, body awareness, improvisation and individual expression through movement.
